This is an extremely rewarding and challenging position, suitable for someone passionate about wildlife conservation who is hoping to commit to a project long-term. The ideal candidate would be a highly organised team-player with a positive outlook, strong work ethic and problem solving approach who will be dedicated to the success of CERCOPAN and the welfare of our primates. They must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills and be a people-person, able to motivate, inspire, and lead others. A proven background in fundraising and project management is vital, as is the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to strict deadlines. Over and above the essential requirements, we are willing to consider applicants who may not currently have the desired skills and experience for the Director position, but have the right attitude and the potential to grow into the role with time, training and mentoring.
